A luxurious pale gold brut from Exton Park Vineyard in Hampshire. The vineyards are sited on the chalk downs of the Meon Valley near another well known Hampshire chalk stream, the River Meon. The RB/32 contains Exton's oldest reserve wine and has a generous nose with notes of citrus, passion fruit and honey. The brut has a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper - a perfect companion with all our smoked trout range.
