Hot smoked ChalkStream® trout salad

Smoked trout salad with a horseradish yogurt dressing - delicious with a crusty roll or wholegrain bread.

INGREDIENTS

Oak leaf lettuce (or other dark lettuce)

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Hot smoked trout (flaked)

Dressing

3 tsp of white wine vinegar

2 tbs olive oil

100ml of natural yogurt

1/2 tsp of honey

METHOD

1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and set aside.

2. Arrange lettuce leaves in the centre of a plate. Flake the hot smoked trout over the leaves and spoon dressing over all.
