Christmas orders are now open. 

To secure a delivery slot choose 'Christmas Delivery' on the cart page and select your preferred delivery date.  All smoked and cured trout will arrive with a use-by date after Christmas. Fresh trout and value added products (patés, fish cakes, scotch eggs etc.) may need to be frozen if you are keeping them for Christmas Day. All ChalkStream products are suitable for freezing at home.
