Our BBQ box is back!

Includes two large fresh fillets (min 650g each), an outstanding cajun rub to give extra depth to the BBQ flavours, the perfect condiment pairing with Tracklements chilli jam, plus Cambrook nuts to sustain the chefs around BBQ.  

The box includes:

2 x ChalkStream fresh fillets

1 x 50g pot of Cajun Fish Rub

1 x 210g jar of Tracklements chilli jam

1 x 140g bag of Cambrook Nuts Cocktail Mix No.6 

Fresh fillets are suitable for home freezing should you want to cook the fillets on separate occasions - maximum 5 days shelf life.
