

ChalkStream® Heart-shaped Fish Cakes
Mother's Day Special - ChalkStream® heart-shaped hot smoked and beetroot fish cakes. Made to our own recipe.
Ingredients (allergy advice in bold): Hot smoked trout (FISH), potatoes, fresh beetroot, onions, MUSTARD, lemon zest, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR), (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, yeast, sunflower oil, EGG.
Minimum 3 days shelf life and suitable for home freezing. Pack contains 4 x 80g fishcakes in a sustainable wooden container and all the packaging (tray, sleeve and labels) are fully compostable. Reheat in the oven at 170C for 15 minutes until piping hot, when cooking from frozen add 5 minutes to the cooking time.
