Minimum 7 days shelf life for hot and cold smoked packs and 3 days for the paté and scotch eggs. The Squiche is despatched frozen and may arrive part thawed - please ensure the quiche is fully defrosted in the refrigerator before cooking. The Squiche is not suitable for refreezing.
