The trout fillets are then dressed with rum, black pepper and a sprinkling of fresh dill to produce a Nordic classic with an exceptional texture and depth of flavour. Purchase Tracklements dill and mustard sauce for the perfect combination. Comes in D cut slices, with a minimum 7 days shelf life and is suitable for home freezing - min. 600g side.
